SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
Position Reports to: Store Manager / Concession Manager

We are looking for a talented individual to join our retail team. As a member of our team, you will provide a premium and genuine customer service experience, which exceeds our customers’ expectations; contributing towards the store’s targets and its operational success.
Provide excellent levels of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the products as well as the brand’s history and heritage
Engage with our customers in a friendly and genuine approach and build a trusting relationship
Focus on carefully understanding your customers’ needs and be prepared to respond to any queries
Ensure all customers’ orders, engraving and repairs are completed efficiently and on time
Resolve customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management
Act as a mentor to more junior colleagues and support them with customer enquires
Act as a keyholder and deputise for the Assistant or Store Manager when required
Enhanced till accountability e.g. able to process refunds and can be relied upon to cash up when necessary
Ensure that you deliver the Links of London customer experience in line with our sales training guidelines
Ensure that the store’s “look and feel” is in line with our Brand standards
Follow company grooming according with Links of London standards and policies
Comply and adhere Company procedures and processes to maintain security of stock, customer records, cash handling and health & safety
Any other tasks as outlined by the store management being flexible in approach to the business demands.
Skills, Qualities & Behaviours
2 years retail experience
Deep passion for Luxury. Previous experience in a luxury brand is highly desirable
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
Excellent commercial awareness
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements
Be proactive and have a customer centric mind-set
Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
Embrace new technology and be proficient with MS Office applications
Flexibility in working arrangements
Ability to travel within reasonable distance if required
